“Invalid Credentials” message
- Double-check your registered mobile number and password
- Try resetting your password using the Forgot Password option
- Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no leading or trailing spaces
Login page not loading
- Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa)
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
- Disable any VPN, ad blocker, or DNS-based filter temporarily
- Restart your phone
Registration Issues
OTP not received
- Wait 30–60 seconds and tap Resend
- Confirm your number is correct and active
- Check the SMS spam / promotions folder
- Disable DND mode on your phone
Invite / referral code not working
- Use the official code: 377573536999
- Make sure there are no extra spaces in the field
- The code only applies during first-time registration
APK Issues
APK won’t install
- Enable “Install from unknown sources” in Android Settings → Security
- Free up storage if your device is full
- Re-download the APK if installation fails midway
APK crashes or freezes
- Update Android to the latest available version
- Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → BDG Game → Clear Cache
- Reinstall the latest APK from the official source
- Free up RAM by closing background apps
Payment Issues
If a deposit failed or a withdrawal is delayed, check our Payment Methods page for the standard processing times. Common fixes:
- Wait 10–15 minutes — most delays resolve automatically
- Confirm the amount was debited from your bank or UPI
- Keep the transaction reference number ready when contacting support
